You may have heard of — or may even be considering purchasing — the “As Seen On TV” product called Youthology Wrinkle Serum. I’ve done some recent research on this product and I need to forewarn everybody before making a purchase with this company. I have discovered several serious complaints about the practices of Youthology, and to say the least I was not extremely impressed. To give you an example of what I mean, I have listed some common complaints about this product/company below…

Here are a few complaints made by various consumers of this product:

“I ordered the YOUTHOLOGY product to check it out. I meant to send it back, but had lost the packing slip. One month later, I received a Youthology charge on my bank statement for the same amount, although I had not requested another shipment. I was told, essentially, “tough luck”. I had to receive the shipment, pay for the shipping and handling, then pay for shipping and handling to return the package and THEN I would receive a refund from Youthology. To me, this is basically fraud, but it seems that nothing can be done about it. YOUTHOLOGY practices these deceptive tactics over and over again.

Compaint #2:

“DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT. THIS IS A SCAM, THEY WILL SEND YOU “CONTINUOUS” WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Their customer sevice also leaves a lot to b desired. I spoke with Laura on 4/30 she is a supervisor and seems to be the only one that wants to help. She authorized me to send the product back and gave me an authorization number. I will keep you abreast of my future dealings and unauthorized charges from Youthology.

Complaint #3:

“I wish I did my homework before I ordered this stuff. I guess the first time I saw the informercial was the night after someone told me I looked 5 years older than I was because of my eyes. I was feeling down and they prey on that.

Conclusion

I could have added many more complaints but I think these three will suffice. Now, I do not like to bash companies, but this certainly isn’t looking very good to me so far. Can I really put my trust in this company? I don’t know. I for one probably would not buy from the “Youthology Research Institute” based on all of the consumer complaints I’ve been reading.

I believe that there are very good products out there and I have done a review of the top 3 wrinkle removing products on the market. Unlike Youthology, these three companies offer sample trials at absolutely no cost to you. All they ask from you is to pay a couple dollars to have the free trial shipped to you. And yes, these are real trials that you can use! If you don’t like the results after you try them, then you can just cancel your trial and you will NEVER be charged. That tells you something about these products! I love it when a company stands behind their products.  Those who take advantage have nothing to lose!
